RELY TESTS and RELY-Ability Training:

TESTING AND TRAINING FOR WORK ETHIC

Now Available On The WEB! Call (800) 886-4356 For Details

In order to test and train for work ethic, it must be operationally defined. Our family of RELY TESTS measures work ethic by examining an applicant's attitudes toward:

  • Attendance -- coming to work every day
  • Punctuality -- being on time
  • Quality of Work -- showing initiative on the job

It's not enough just to know what an applicant's attitudes are toward these work ethic behaviors. The family of RELY TESTS, therefore, includes a RELY-Ability Training Program that allows a company to train new employees quickly and efficiently in specific company policies and procedures that will ensure improved on-the-job behavior.

TESTING:

There's a version of the RELY TEST that is right for your industry or your circumstances:

RELY-PLUS TEST The longer version of the RELY TEST that includes open-ended, un-scored questions that can be used as the basis of a follow-up interview.
BANK RELY TEST The faster version of the RELY TEST especially for the financial services industry. It takes half the time for an applicant to complete, and it does not include the open-ended questions.
QWIK-RELY TEST The faster version of the RELY TEST; it takes half the time for an applicant to complete, and it does not include the open-ended questions.
RELY FOR TEMPS TEST The faster version of the RELY TEST that was developed specifically for the temp industry.

TRAINING:

Every version of the RELY TEST includes a training and development component called the RELY-Ability Training Program. The RELY-Ability Training Program is a self-paced program that allows the new employee to train himself or herself about specific work-related behavior that will help the person be more reliable on the job!
