The WORK ATTITUDE PROGRAM is a complete screening and training program that provides pre-employment screening in four areas of workplace risk:

• theft or pilferage of company property
• substance abuse that would decrease work place efficiency
• temper control in the workplace
• respect for others in the workplace

The WORK ATTITUDE PROGRAM consists of two pieces: the Work Attitude Questionnaire (the 62-item, untimed questionnaire) and the Importance of Responsible Workplace Behavior (the self-administered and self-paced training and commitment tool.)
