The Performance Profile Program is an evaluation of an individual's general personality preferences that will shape his or her work style.
The Performance Profile Report is an evaluation of the individual's test results by a licensed and certified psychologist. The Performance Profile Program includes a Confidential Report that is delivered to the hiring manager and a Developmental Report that is prepared for the new employee. The Confidential Report provides the following information:
